Booking Policy

Full payment is required for Standard Tours booking.

50% deposit is required for Private Tours booking.  The balance tour fees will be due 14 days prior to tour date.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

By confirming this reservation for yourself and other guests, you assume full responsibility for all members in your party, and agree on the following conditions:

• No alcohol is permitted to be opened or consumed in our tour vehicle
• Disruptive behaviour as a result of drunkenness will not be tolerated.  In the event that a guest  becomes disruptive, the Tour Guide, at guest’s expenses, may arrange separate transportation for him/her.  Tour fees will not be refunded in these situations.
• Teehouse Wine Tours shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages of any kind that may result from the services we provided, regardless of any negligence by any party.
